Ann-Marie Pereira
Ann-Marie joined Baker Tilly Channel Islands in August 2023 as Head of Risk & Compliance and is responsible for advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Ann-Marie graduated from the International Compliance Association in 2011 and has focused her career and ongoing studies around risk, governance, and compliance.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Channel Islands Ann-Marie held a number of positions at BNP Paribas Securities Services over the last15 years, including Operation Risk Manager CI, Fund Compliance CI and Head of Listed Company Secretaries CI. Ann-Marie has gained valuable experience in industry including holding key person positions for a number of Jersey regulated funds including Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, as well as providing compliance support for Guernsey regulated fund structures.
Away from the office, Ann-Marie enjoys playing golf and netball, as well as coaching.
