How can we help you?

Firstly, what differentiates us from our Peers?

We offer the benefit of our expertise and experience covering a myriad of structures including Multinational Groups, companies, Limited Partnerships (L.Ps), Trusts and other Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and of course owner managed businesses.

We work with other Baker Tilly International member firms, on a regular basis as Joint Liquidator/Administrator or in collaboration on "cross-border" transactions.

We can help with the following:

Voluntary Liquidation. You need to wind up a dormant structure or a Private Equity Fund at the end of its life. You get the benefit of our expertise in assisting with multi jurisdiction groups, efficiently undertake a "summary winding up" in accordance with Guernsey and Jersey laws, and any other jurisdiction you have operations in.

Insolvency/Administration. You are going through financial difficulty and need help to determine the options available to you to meet your obligations to creditors. These could include winding up the structure (a corporate insolvency) or alternatively, the business could continue to run but under an administrator (administration).

Creditors voluntary liquidation. As a creditor you want to take steps to recover what you can from a customer.

Restructuring and refinancing. You need to re-organise your corporate structure to make your under-performing business more profitable and/or to meet your new objectives. You need to obtain extra financing to allow your business to grow, and need advice on how to approach the lenders.
