Megan Kearsey

Megan Kearsey is an Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Channel Islands, having joined the firm in 2020 as an Associate and progressing to her current role. 

She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW.  She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science (Honours) from the University of Kent where she built strong analytical skills which continue to underpin her work today. 

Within the Assurance and Advisory team, Megan manages a wide portfolio of clients across the private equity, debt, real estate and asset management sectors. Beyond audit services, she has experience in valuation advisory, specifically in executing business valuations and conducting independent valuation reviews. She brings a calm, methodical approach to her work and is valued for her ability to manage complex engagements while maintaining strong relationships with clients. 

Alongside her client work, Megan plays an active role in supporting and mentoring trainees within the firm. She enjoys helping others build their confidence and technical knowledge, contributing to a positive and collaborative learning environment across the team.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys playing netball, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
