Baker Tilly Channel Islands Announces Promotions of Megan Kearsey and Jana Cleary to Manager
Baker Tilly Channel Islands is pleased to announce the promotions of Megan Kearsey and Jana Cleary within its Assurance and Advisory team to Manager, reflecting the firm’s commitment to building great futures for its people and clients.
Megan joined Baker Tilly Channel Islands in 2020 and has progressed quickly through the firm. A Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW, she manages a broad portfolio of clients across the private equity, debt, real estate and asset management sectors, alongside working on complex valuation projects. Megan is also actively involved in mentoring trainees, helping to develop the next generation of talent within the firm.
Jana joined Baker Tilly Channel Islands in 2024 as a Senior Associate and has quickly demonstrated the skills required to run assignments. A Chartered Accountant and member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), she brings international experience from South Africa and now supports a diverse client portfolio across sectors including private equity, real estate, financial services and pensions. She is also responsible for coordination of the firms' training programmes working directly with leadership to deliver a tailored programme to develop the teams.
