Danilo Flores

Danilo Flores joined Baker Tilly Channel Islands in 2025 as a Tax Assistant Manager, bringing with him international tax experience from the Philippines, Malta, and now Jersey.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having passed the Philippine CPA Licensure Exam in 2016. He has in-depth knowledge of tax laws across multiple jurisdictions, including Malta, Jersey, UK, and the Philippines. 

With a strong background in global tax compliance and tax advisory, Dan is committed to delivering effective, ethical solutions that support client success. His experience spans several respected firms, including EY, Grant Thornton Limited, and RSM Malta. These roles have equipped him with a keen ability to analyse tax risks and deliver high-quality support to a broad client base. 

Dan specializes in UK and Jersey corporation tax, as well as Jersey personal tax compliance, including services tailored to high-value residents. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including VAT, ATED, CIS, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). He also has a solid background in internal audit, internal controls, and risk analysis, which enhances his ability to deliver comprehensive and compliant tax solutions.  

Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Danilo plays a key role in helping clients navigate both local and international tax matters with confidence. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing tennis almost every day and loves spending time at the beach, embracing the island lifestyle.
